A timeline of finance leadership
I run the finance function for a group operating casino brands across TIER 1 and LATAM markets. The role covers everything from monthly close and treasury to forecasting and the financial side of licensing, inside a multi-jurisdiction structure.
What I'm responsible for:
• Full ownership of the group P&L, cash flow and management reporting, consolidated across brands and jurisdictions, closed by (D+5).
• Budgeting and rolling forecasts, with monthly plan-vs-actual reviews and variance commentary for the founders and board.
• The numbers that actually drive an iGaming business: GGR, NGR, bonus cost, hold, LTV, CAC and OAS. I work closely with marketing and affiliates to keep spend efficient and margins where they should be.
• PSP portfolio and payments. I manage provider relationships, approval rates, fees and settlement cycles, and keep an eye on reserves and rolling holds across processors.
• Treasury in a multi-currency environment (fiat and crypto): daily liquidity, FX, and the group payment calendar.
• Internal controls and reporting automation. I've built a good part of our reporting stack myself (Google Apps Script, BI, ERP) to cut manual work and close faster with Claude Code.
• Managing a finance team, plus due diligence on new markets, partnerships and potential deals.
